The market is returning to resistance levels, 1350 on the S&Ps, and how much it can hold on at these levels may be important in determining how much more upside it potentially has left at this stage. The Fed’s comments tomorrow could weigh on any move. The Housing data came in line on starts but was much better on the permits side, which as I noted last night, could be a better catalyst to watch.
