MINYANVILLE ORIGINAL The three most active funds and stocks in pre-market trading on the NYSE were General Motors (NYSE:GM) Nokia (NYSE:NOK) and Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) as of 9:25 a.m. EST. Investors exchanged 5.12 million shares of General Motors which was up $2.14 or 8.40%. According to Bloomberg General Motors will buy the remaining 200 million shares owned by the US Treasury. The US Treasury wants to sell the remaining shares within 15 months. Investors traded 3.91 million shares of Nokia which was up $0.09 or 2.14%.
