Republicans ‘puzzling’ on cliff deal: Obama

President Barack Obama on Wednesday said it’s ‘puzzling’ that Republicans haven’t accepted his latest offer to avert the fiscal cliff, and urged the GOP to cut a deal before tax increases and spending cuts kick in beginning in January.
