Somebody tell me please how to make a charitable contribution to the Federal Reserve Board.  I’d do it in a flash.  The Fed almost single handedly has restored the net worth of American families to their 2007 high water mark.  They must whisper about this outcome among themselves, but never call attention to this byproduct of the broad initiative of cheap money invoked when the S&P 500 touched bottom at 676 some 4 years ago.
