January 26, 2011 (MMD Newswire) -- Domain Match Makers and its parent company, Domain Names International (DNI), one of the world's leading Internet Domain Registrars, is proud to announce its support of The Children's Hospital Courage Classic as a Supporting Sponsor.  The annual event, to be held July 23 - 25, raises funds for The Children's Hospital, located in Aurora, CO, and is associated with the University of Colorado in Denver.

The Children's Hospital Courage Classic has become one of Colorado's most anticipated, best-attended cycling events. The 157-mile Tour winds through some of the most beautiful places in Colorado, including a climb up Vail Pass and a cruise down the bike path from Copper Mountain into Dillon.

Nearly 2,400 cyclists and volunteers participate in the three-day event, as well as several thousand rider family members and spectators. Last year, in 2010, The Courage Classic raised over $2.3 million through sponsorship and rider-solicited donations.

All funds raised support The Children's Fund which helps to provide each child cared for by Children's Hospitals--and their family--with the best possible healthcare experience. Gifts to the Children's Fund helped serve 150,200 children in 2009. Contributions also helped to support family members, whom Children's Hospital counts as important partners in each patient's care team. In the coming year, the fund will become increasingly critical to The Children's Hospital and patients' families as even more young children and teens are provided with access to the best care and cures.

The Children's Hospital is the only freestanding, not-for-profit pediatric hospital in the Rocky Mountain region and is considered to be one of the nation's best hospitals for cchildren. No other hospital in the region cares for more sick and injured children, does more pediatric research, or trains more pediatricians and pediatric specialists than Children's.

Domain Match Makers co-founders Kennen "Kenn" Palm and Denis Markov have a long history of both creating and working with charitable organizations, especially organizations supporting children and teens.  Both participated in the creation and running of numerous children's charities in Eastern European countries where the need was crucial, including the Crimean region of Ukraine.  The firm's corporate history of being family-friendly and a good corporate citizen is well known in the community.  Its most recent sponsorship of the Courage Classic is the latest chapter in that continuing history.
