Marlton, NJ / PRBuzz / May 16, 2011 - - Jeff Backal, CEO  & Co-Founder of Team Builders Plus, has been named HR Consultant of the Year. This highly prestigious award recognizes Jeff Backal for creative approaches that benefit their client organizations.

In 2001, The Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Award was developed to celebrate the Human Resources industry and to recognize those in the HR profession who exemplify outstanding achievement within our local human resources community.

The Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year Award is a joint effort between HR Association of Southern New Jersey, Chester County Human Resource Association, Delaware SHRM, Greater Valley Forge HR Association, Philadelphia SHRM, Tri-State HR Management Association chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

On Thursday, May 12, 2011, at an awards dinner, Jeff Backal was named HR Consultant of the Year. Other awards were presented in the following categories: HR Person of the Year with 1-500 employees, HR Person of the Year with 501-2,000 employees, HR Person of the Year with 2,001 or more employees, and HR Rising Star of the Year.
